Sorry for that problem. Users need to add a secondary email address while they still have access to the primary email address; that is part of the security features for Firefox Accounts.

Now the solution is to create a new Firefox Account with the email address that you wanted to use as the secondary email address. Then sync your devices with the new Firefox Account.
