Hi BrownBat, when I click the green Sign In button, I get this page:
https://sso.godaddy.com/?realm=idp&path=%2Fproducts&app=account
There is a large background photo with a white overlaid login form (screenshot attached for reference). The overlay is missing on yours?
Do you use any add-ons that might hide overlays? Ad blockers come to mind...
That is what I get....I am interested in the "add on" theory....Let me check with our guru and see what we can discover...
Thx....
Would ask the question....Why does Microsoft not have the problem loading GoDaddy..?

You could test in Firefox's Safe Mode. In its Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox. (On Mac, hold down the option/alt key instead of the Shift key.)
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- (menu bar) Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Any improvement?

No one should have a problem loading that page. GoDaddy wants everyone's business.
Sorry...been busy, busy.....Tried the trick with the "Shift" key...Got the right box...Still no opening....We have "EMSISOFT Anti-Malware....Could this be the issue...?

Click on the provided link and got the login page so I have no problem getting there. Adblockers might be part of the cause or Security software is being aggressive.
How will I know what is the cause..?
