How do you remove a leftover, unused install/uninstall item from Programs and Features for Thunderbird?

I have a Windows 10 computer with Thunderbird installed in the Program Files (x86) folder, and it's version 68.2, 32-bit. However, in Programs and Features there's an install item for "Mozilla Thunderbird 68.1.0 (x64 en-US)" with a size of 44GB. It doesn't do anything when I use it to uninstall. I think I might have had 64-bit Thunderbird on this computer in the past. CCleaner gives me the option to delete it. The question is, should I? Thunderbird 32-bit is running very well, no problems.

Do not let CCleaner delete anything as it may end up deleting more than you bargained for. Advise you never allow CCleaner access to any Thunderbird folder as it is known for cleaning up useful profile files.

Access the actual location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\

Open a folder like 'Documents' In the left pane you should be able to access 'This PC' select OS (C:) then click on Program Files ....... not 'Program Files (x86)' Delete 'Mozilla Thunderbird' folder. Then empty the 'Recycle Bin'

I don't have a Mozilla Thunderbird folder in the Program Files folder.
