No one have any ideas how to fix my problem?

If you have sync, and there is a problem anywhere, Shut Down Sync Immediately On All Devices to prevent the problem from spreading. Once the problem is fixed, perform the same repair on all computers/profiles before using sync again.

Not your fault. Its the way the website was set up. This has been reported.

The report looks good. Have you shut down sync (if you are using it) ?
When do you notice the sort order is changed? Starting FF, while browsing?

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Now in the Reply Box on the forum page, do a right-click in the box and select Paste.

If the data is too big, do not worry. It's the top part we need to look at.

Maybe before I do that.....I shut down firefox several times and they stayed in my manual sort order that I liked. I thought I had the problem fixed because it showed is was syncing to a temp Device Name I made up by accident that I since discarded. I changed to my real Device Name and still was working.

But then I went out for a while this morning and shut down my computer and when it came back up they were setup AGAIN in alphabetical order. Darn it.

I first notice in my bookmarks toolbar because they are right in front me, but then go into all bookmarks and they are sorted alphabetically too.

Maybe that information helps.

I think that fixed the problem. I just did it earlier because you kept pushing me in the direction of a syncing issue. I just couldn't figure out where since I turned Firefox syncing off. Then because I had to reinstall Windows 10, I also had to reinstall Icloud and this time it had bookmarks synced, which I never did before. I turned it off and everything seems to be working for my preferences.
