How can I change the font color on search page results. I have difficulty differentiating the difference between the color of the pages I've read and those I haven't because the colors are so similar.

Hi ptl425, Firefox doesn't offer a good pinpoint solution for overriding website color choices just for links. Overriding all the colors can lead to less usable pages. You could consider looking at add-ons like the following:
