Videos on Fidelity.com have stopped working in the last 10 days. They used to work all along in the past. I thought the site is broken. But when I placed link in Chrome, the video works fine.

For example, this free video runs in chrome but not on firefox now.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
