Can't attach any files to emails in Thunderbird

Hi,

I'm running Thunderbird 91.6.2 64 bit on KDE Neon 5.24 User Edition.

I can't seem to attach files to any email I create. I installed it from the Discover app which uses flatpak. I ran the command below to give thunderbird access to the Home folder.

sudo flatpak override org.mozilla.Thunderbird --filesystem=home

But still no luck. When I click the attach files button nothing happens. I can attach a web page but no files.

Maybe I have to uninstall and install from the Thunderbird site? Any help would be appreciated.

thanks, Rob

Sorry you didn't get a response - possibly no KDE Neon people out there listening. Did you try installing from the Thunderbird site, and was that any different?
