My curser what seems to be randomly turns into a hand Which is un precise and sometimes will open items I do not want opened. For instance whrn I am checking the little box on email. I need just a pointer! I know windows settings allow changes to pointers Where do I change it in my browser? How can I change this I cannot find any information in settings,

That icon is a system O/S setting or the site that you online that determines what kinda of gestures icon they use as well. Where are you seeing this at?
