What do I do to be able to login to my Bank account without the bank to call with a code to log in even with my saved password.

Normally, after you satisfy a site's two-factor or multi-factor authentication requirement, the site sets a cookie so you do not have to repeat that on future visits. If you are using a private window or if you have set Firefox to delete cookies when it closes, then unfortunately you'll have to repeat the process next time.
If you do not use private windows but you want to clear cookies when Firefox closes, you can create an exception for the site to "Allow" cookies. Then Firefox will spare its cookies from erasure.
See the "Allow or block websites from storing information" section of: Manage local site storage settings.
