Hi there, My website - lovecreatesfreedom.com was had a redirect created in Namecheap to go to a facebook group. Now the website is not loading at all. It works fine in Chrome and Edge but not firefox or brave.

I keep getting the below error message The connection has timed out

An error occurred during a connection to lovecreatesfreedom.com.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

Can anyone help me please. Namecheap said from their end it is fine.

OK, I found the cause of this issue. The redirect only works via HTTP and not via HTTPS. With HTTPS-Only Mode enabled it works when I create an allow exception for http://lovecreatesfreedom.com/

ok so is that something namecheap would have to fix then since I assume it is an issue for anyone using brave or firefox. Thank you for figuring this out I really appreciate it.
