Hola, En ese menú se eliminan o modifican (bloquean) los permisos para las paginas web donde ya se ha habilitado usar la cámara, el permiso se lo das cuando visitas una pagina web y esta requiere usar la cámara: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/como-administrar-los-permisos-de-tu-camara-y-micro# Saludos
