stop popups within gmail

I cannot open certain emails as they say "cannot open due to popup. block popup". I cannot find where to do that. I do not use chrome, which is how the computer says to block it.

Hi, Firefox normally allows a popup window if it's the direct result of a user action, and blocks other popups. If you need to make a site exception to allow more popups, you can use the Page Info dialog. Here's how:

  • While view the site you want to give permission, press Ctrl+i to open the Page Info dialog
  • Click Permissions at the top to change panels
  • Scroll down to Open pop-up windows, uncheck Use default, and then select Allow

This is saved in the background, so you can close the dialog now.

Any improvement?
