I am sorry, but I am not sure what you mean by "blocks Firefox". To view all your saved password in Firefox, you will need to enter the device unlock code that you have set in the Android settings app.

It looks like bug 1919814. They said that it's fixed in version 132, so it looks like they've messed something up.
I have version 132 as shown in the attached image and it does not work.
