I have another kind of problem with Firefox

Not sure if its a plug in or not. But it seems ever so often when i receive an instant message the tittle bar "not sure what to call it but the very top bar of firefox with the close out, minus, enlarge buttons" changes color on me.

let me try to rephrase my problem
Not sure if its a plug in or not or if my instant messenger "trillion co bolt theme" is causing the problem. But it seems ever so often when I receive an instant message the tittle bar "not sure what to call it but the very top bar of Firefox with the close out, minus, enlarge buttons" changes color on me from my setting "black to a mildly bright blue.
