Unable to access any websites.

Receive the error message: "The server at www.google.com is taking too long to respond."

Have reloaded Firefox.

Have cleared the cache and cookies from recent history.

This is on a Mac.

Extensions can sometimes be the cause of problems. If the problem does not occur in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode, then you can disable your extensions one-by-one until you find out which one is causing the problem. See Troubleshooting Extensions and Themes.
