Message on SSL secured site still says this connection is untrusted.

Why? I have purchased the certificate from a valid vendor (COMODO) and applied with no issue. IE and Google Chrome both display the website with no issue. Why will Firefox display an error? Am I being forced to use a specific SSL cert vendor?

Your server doesn't send the intermediate certificate(s).
