Installed v3.6.14. All print jobs scale "Letter Size" down to 3" x 4.75"

Just installed v3.6.14 this morning. Problem: all requests to print information originating from the internet while using Firefox are scaling "Letter Size" down to 3" x 4.75" so each letter sized document is printed in multiple pages. This problem does not occur if I print the same page using Internet Explorer!
