Every time I click the little green circle spins forever. I have yet to watch a video strait through. For instance a 3 minute clip can take as much as 15 minutes. I would like to know how to check my internet connection and find out what is going on here. I have an old Netgear wireless router and I'm directly connected to it. this new computer is supposed to be able to connect wireless also. Any ideas?

Do you have any security software installed which checks pages before taking you there like AVG Linkscanner, AVG Safe Search, McAfee Secure Search or similar?

In windows explorer I type in AVG Safe Search and get: EGa7W2xnNto and then click it and get: Error message with the path at a C prompt. So my guess is it may be in the computer. What should I do now? No MacAfee.

No, you can't do it like that. If you have AVG Safe Search installed, then it's part of the AVG antivirus application. The program will be on your Start menu if it's installed.

Please go through the Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems steps.
