When connected https the security logo - golden lock - is not visible; it used to appear in the Status Bar. Where can I find it to see the security certificate?

Firefox has deleted the stus bar. When connected by https the security logo - a golden lock - isn't visble. It used to be in the status bar - clicking it revealed the Security Certificate. Where can I see the security logo and certificate?
