how do I prevent Firefox 3.6.17 from trying to upgrade to 4.x

firefox 4 does not work with Roboform. I want to continue using 3.6.17 and I do not want Firefox to constantly try and upgrade to 4.o

Go to Tools, Options, Advanced, and click the "Update" tab. Under the line, "Automatically check for updates to", uncheck 'Firefox'. You will no longer be asked to upgrade Firefox to the next version.
