since I updated firefox to the latest version it doesnt save my username or password for facebook and I changed my password for my gmail account and it still has the old password saved. I would like at least my username saved so I don't have to type it in. Thank you, Marshall

Make sure that you not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.

  • You enter Private Browsing mode if you select: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Never Remember History"
  • To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
  • Deselect: [ ] "Permanent Private Browsing mode"
