How to export my bookmarks from Firefox 5.0 to IE9?

I use two browsers at once, and I like to sync the bookmarks from each. In Firefox 5.0, the option in the bookmarks menu is no longer there and I cannot find where to export the material I need over into IE9.

Use

Recently the menu item name changed from organise bookmarks to being show all bookmarks, and in some cases will be under the firefox button rather than as a menu bar item. The option to export bookmarks does still exist, and for IE9 use it will be the Export HTML that you need.
