how to backup and restore save password and cookies?

Hi Firefox I am Made from Bali. :D Firefox is my favorite web browser, but some times my Firefox is crash after I install an add-on. So i disable that add-on, but the problem (crash) is still happen. I want to uninstall my firefox and then install again, but i want my save passwords, bookmark and the chace data is remain, so after i install the fresh firefox, that data is back. Can you make a menu or something to backup that data in an external file? Thanks for attention.. :)

all the settings you make in Firefox, like your home page, what toolbars you use, saved passwords and bookmarks are all stored in a special profile folder, read the article to know how to backup profile data and restore it
