I cannot access my business e-mail site ( mail.evcot.com) using Firefox since last upgrade installed on 1/13/12. I can access it using internet explorer. I get an error message saying that I must upgrade to a newer web browser

EVCOT, Have you contacted Network Solutions and asked them to fix this problem? A bug report has been made to report this to Mozilla:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=722890

But we should also contact NS to ask them to fix the problem as it seems like they'll need to do that on their side, not Mozilla side. I have already opened a ticket with them yesterday and haven't heard from them yet. The more NS clients let them be aware of the problem, the sooner they'll fix the problem.

Thank you.

EVCOT,

I updated to FF 10 again and now all of my Network Solutions webmail accounts (I have three) are working normally. I guess NS did fix the problem.

However, it might depends on each NS account. You probably won't know for sure until you try it. Good luck.

Ever since about the 10.0 upgrade I've had this problem too. Network Solutions says it's a problem with Firefox.

JeffDeWitt -- You should contact NS again and tell them that NS has fix this problem. As I mentioned in my earlier post, my NS webmail accounts have been fixed and I am using FF 10.0 now. Maybe they are slow on fixing all the accounts at once.
