this page, http://www.rogers.com/web/Rogers.portal, keeps popping up everytime i try to surf the net by putting in a new address ie. facebook.com. instead, it goes to the rogers page. i tried to uninstall and reinstall mozilla and it didn't fix the problem. rogers said it's not there fault. i also tried to clear the history and that didn't work. Ideas?

Hi,

You can try to Clear Now the Cache and Cookies in Tools (Alt + T) > Clear Recent History. You can also temporarily try the Firefox will: Remember History setting in Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Privacy.

If the problem persists, you could also consider to Reset Firefox via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information to overcome most common problems.
