Flash Plugin keeps crashing. Both FF and flash up to date. This happens every couple of months?

As stated above, both ff and flash are up to date. YouTube and every other website that requires flash plugin won't work, causing massive hangtime until it stops running flash or I Ctrl+Alt+Del and end the flash plugin process.

This exact same problem happens every couple of months and just takes days to resolve; in the meantime, I have to either not bother using my laptop or resort to Opera/Chrome - niether of which I like.

FF has the better support forum, so I hope you don't mind me having a go when it is more than likely an error at Adobe's end.

That's just the top 5. There's approx 8 more from today alone.

hello JToulson, please try to temporarily disable all avast protection shields and see if you can reproduce the issue then also...

Hi Phillipp, thanks for the suggestion but that hasn't worked; - 2968fe37-4e93-4b85-a756-5bfdaeda1956 10/11/2013 3:05 PM
