Hi, I'm using firefox 17 on OS X

I encountered what appears to be a bug where I was trying to save a page and now the dialog box is there and clicking "OK" or "Cancel" doesn't make the dialog box go away. And I can't select other pages...

I have a few pages which have changed and I would like to retrieve those pages from the cache. I copied my profile folder and the cache folder to another computer hoping to be able to get those files by "working offline" and going to about:cache to find those pages. But after I transferred the data and opened firefox on the other computer, it deletes everything in the cache. Is there anyway to prevent that?

Or, if there is a way to view the cache files without a browser? Or, if there is a trick for getting out of that stuck "save as" dialog box (I still haven't force quit firefox)?

Thanks for the help!
