I have a Firefox virtual drice icon. Everytime I eject it, firefox closes. Is there a way I could get rid of firefox virtual drive and keep firefox in my dock?

The virtual drive is on my destop (Mac) and every time I eject firefox it closes. A window pops up when I click to repoen firefox again. This window has a firefox icon and a folder. I clock on the folder and firefox open and the virtual drive reappears on the desktop.

This picture displays what my issue is. It shows the window that pops up and the virtual drive icon I have on my desktop.

Make sure that Firefox gets installed properly.

Open the Firefox disk image file and drag the Firefox program into the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the disk image, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.
