The "Delete or Distrust..." button does nothing. How do I delete a CA? I specifically wanted to delete the Turkish (TURKTRUST) cert.

You can't remove (delete) built-in root certificates.
You can only remove all trust bits and that will prevent Firefox from using the certificate as root certificate.
