Get all the data from firefox with old sync to new sync

I have a problem I put myself into. Hope you can help!
Downloaded new mozilla beta with the new sync. Had to delete the old one so i can install beta. I though all of my plugins, bookmarks etc... are synced so it's all good. But there is new sync now. Read a few articles but I can't find how to migrate my data from old sync. I tried to delete sync account on android so I could sync with new method but unfortunately firefox was ver. 28, so it didn't have new sync. Now I have ver. 29 on my mac, unsynced android ver. 28. Is there a way to retrieve my old data?

You can't Sync between devices with the new Sync version and the old Sync version.
You will have to update all devices to Firefox 29 or later to be able to use the new Sync, so you need to install a beta or Aurora Firefox version on the Android device as well.
Yeah I read that. I updated but there is no way to get my old data back on new firefoxes, it's lost now? That doesn't seem right!
If you have deleted the old account or do not have a backup of the Sync key (the new Sync generates a Sync key automatically) then your data on the old Sync server is lost.
Otherwise you would have to install the Firefox 28 release to connect to the old Sync server.
Well that sucks. I hope I still have old firefox with old sync installed somewhere so I could get my data back.
Glad that they made new system not to rely on that though.
