When I search on Ebay, the results show up in print too small to read.

I have no problems with any other web site except eBay. My home page shows up fine but when I go to search, the results show up in very small print. It is a browser problem because when I use Microsoft's internet explorer my search results show up just fine.

Maybe you zoomed out on that page?
{Ctrl + 0} that's a zero - to reset the zoom level for that page

There are other things that need your attention.

Your System Details List shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts.

The user.js file is only present if you or other software has created this file and normally it wouldn't be there. You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: Open with) if you didn't create this file yourself.

The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.

You may want to reconsider the MySearchDial extension that shows in the System Details List.

hello there-just exactly why is it sooooo hard to get a simple answer and/or a simple solution to the tiny, tiny print that web pages show up in-I have tried over and over again to reset my prefs, font size, used the zoom+ button and failed over and over. HP 6500 should have a way to reset font also, but it does not-I have looked it up on their forum and the answer only gives me a headache, kind of like the one I got after reading the solutions to my question-just exactly how hard can it be to set and keep my printer font to a size that I can actually read? at this point I really do not care how many links to look it up on because they make (often) no sense to me, an older (66) person with no programing experience, but not stupid either. I am still using XP Pro-but the lack of clarity and simplicity drive me nuts-I ran offices and production manufacturing lines for years so I know that somewhere, somehow there is an answer-can someone at Mozilla actually answer me?
