There is an option on the pop up for the user to check to remember the option for next time. And a persistent request will come up as it is being shared in 33, depending on 2 other bugs.(6 weeks or check out webrtc shareusermedia() in the current beta version) Please explore the Media/Webrtc api in the Mozilla Developer Network for more information.
