Hi, I am having a problem printing from the Web at work. Everything I print has "confidential" across the page. I figured out it's the watermark advanced settings. I can uncheck the setting (which works for a page at a time), but I want to change it permanently. When I uncheck the watermark and click on the default setting to set it unchecked, it doesn't work. It only changes temporarily for one print session. There must be a setting someplace else controlling this option. It's a Dell desktop computer running on Windows. Where do I turn off the watermark print option permanently?

Thanks, Judy

Hmm, as far as I know, Firefox doesn't have this option built in.

How are you turning it off temporarily: are you using the Properties button in the Print dialog? I think that indicates it is set in your printer settings, outside of Firefox. If you open the printer properties through the Start menu, does the change stick there?
