accidently deleted my mozilla mail and can't get mail
I had Mozilla e-mail and accidently deleted it. Can you help me get it back and retrieve my e-mails I had saved in the files?

I had Mozilla e-mail and accidently deleted it.
You'd need to explain in more detail what you had, what exactly you deleted, and what happened then.
I checked all my files and trash and my mailbox, contents and its folders are all gone from my PC.
Not exactly sure what happened to it.
In your OP you implied you deleted something, intentionally or not doesn't matter. In any case, please explain what you did before 'contents and its folders' were gone and what happened then.
First my wife is replying from her iPad she has no access to folders etc.. My PC was running slow I ran my Norton to fix any issues first. Then I checked my programs and found a program that I did not add to my PC so I deleted it. It was added on 1/16/16 and I think it was Firefox. When I did that I may have also deleted the email account. Otherwise I have not done anything else.
Please reply, can you help me or not? Thank you.
I had Mozilla e-mail
Once again: What did you have? What does 'Mozilla e-mail' mean? Mozilla isn't an email provider. Are you talking about Mozilla Thunderbird? If so, what's so hard to mention that?
my wife is replying from her iPad
How is that related to the problem at hand?
I ran my Norton to fix any issues first.
What kind of issues do you expect to fix by running Norton?
It was added on 1/16/16 and I think it was Firefox.
Firefox does not mysteriously install itself without user intervention.
When I did that I may have also deleted the email account.
Firefox is a web browser. It doesn't do email. There simply is no way to delete an email account by uninstalling Firefox from your computer.
Thank you for your sarcasm! I am not computer savvy and you asked what I was doing. I cannot access email to answer your questions so my wife got the original email confirmation from your company via her iPad. I was not aware I had to say Mozilla Thunderbird. Thanks again for nothing. I will change my e-mail provider since you cannot be more professional or sympathetic.
Thank you for your sarcasm!
I'm not sarcastic at all.
I am not computer savvy
You're not alone with that. Yet you managed to post a question to this forum, so it can't be that bad. Trouble is, the people volunteering their time to help other users can not see what's going on on your screen. So they have to solely rely on the information you provide. To avoid misunderstandings you'll have to use the correct terminology to some extend. In other words, be precise. If you do use Thunderbird, then say so. Beating around the bush just makes things more complicated. At this time we're still trying to establish what you did and what happened.
I cannot access email to answer your questions
This is a web forum accessed via a web browser. Even though you do get email notifications when somebody responded to your query, the only way you can respond is via browser. You don't need email at all for that. You do need email though to initially create an account for the support forum.
Thanks again for nothing.
You're welcome.
I will change my e-mail provider
As said before, Mozilla isn't an email provider. You are using Thunderbird to access an account you do have with your email provider. If you want to change your provider, that's entirely up to you. But I really have no idea why you'd want to do that. And I doubt it would help you solving your problem either.
Sorry that I am not knowledgeable of the computer terminology. Being up in age does not help and I do what I think it right and get myself and the PC messed up at times. I apologize for being harsh but it gets very frustrating for us. As far as the responses from you my wife sees the email before it shows up on your site. My son set up this email account when he got us a new tower a couple of years ago. It is who he uses but it wasn't who we had prior to that. I am appreciative of your help in any way.
Sounds to me like you might need to ask the folk at symantec what NOrtons did with your mail. as Firefox is not Thunderbird removing it would not be an issue.
But before you do that. Go to getthunderbird.com and download and install a new copy of Thunderbird. It might just detect your old files.
