Thunderbird is classical email, not webmail. But I suspect you're asking how to get email you see in a webpage to appear in Thunderbird. Unfortunately the steps (i.e. "ALL steps") may vary between email providers.

So tell us exactly what your problem is. Who is the email provider? What have you tried? What happened? What didn't happen?
