Good question because it's not really clear what that means, "unsandboxed." If you want to run Flash with full system privileges instead of the safer approach of reduced privileges, you could disable the Protected Mode feature. There's no way to make a site-specific exception, it's a global setting.

You could test this and see whether it makes a difference, or contact them to see whether this is what they are talking about.

You can disable it using the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Plugins. On the right side, find "Shockwave Flash" and click the More link. Then uncheck the box for "Enable Adobe Flash protected mode".

This won't take effect until all Flash is unloaded for some period of time, so sometimes it's easiest to exit Firefox and start it up again.
