At work we use various browser-based applications that handle pdf files. In one application, the built-in pdf viewer works great, but in another it can't display the file. Switching to another plugin (Adobe Acrobat plugin itself or FoxIt, for example) makes the latter page work (mostly), but messes with the other pages. So is it possible to set up Firefox to use one application/plugin when on the one site, and another when on the other automatically?

Sorry, there is no built in function to set up a plugin to work which specific domains or web pages.
