There are 2 icons top right of page. A star underlined, and 4 books standing. I want with 1 click to see all my Bookmarks in Other Bookmarks. How to do this?

I know how to bookmark all my favourite websites. I did this for 30 websites. They get put into "Other Bookmarks" within Firefox/Windows 10. In order to get to see the list of my bookmarks I have to click the little Underlined-Star icon, then I have to look down the list that appears till I find "Other Bookmarks", then click that. How can I make it so that only ONE click is needed on the Underlined-Star icon, or on the Row-of-4-Books icon (View history, saved bookmarks and more)?
