My Firefox 54.0.4 (32-bit) is very slow, freezes up then keeps crashing even after updating, reinstalling, etc. My Google Chrome works fine though. Help.

The problem is in the above statement. Firefox works very slowly for about 20 seconds, then freezes for about 20 seconds then crashes. Firefox is the browser I need for my stuff. My friend uses Google Chrome which is working fine. What can I do?

You are on a unsupported and insecure browser. You should by on ver 57+ or on the Extended Release Version 52.5.3 ESR for Security Updates like :

As well make sure you got the Windows Update for the above.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Reinstall with :

Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after May 2018.
