I can recieve emails on my pc and phone to, but cannot send from my pc. it says "An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: Cannot connect to SMTP server 211.29.132.250 (211.29.132.250:25), connect error 10060. Can anybody help cause if have to send documents that are on my computer. cheers smac

That IP resolves to mail.optusnet.com.au, so besides that being your outgoing SMTP server, do you have the port = 25, connection security = None, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, and User name = your email address? If port 25 doesn't work, try 587.
