Wanted to tell you why I uninstalled FireFox

  • Google misbehaving lately so installed Firefox a week ago to give it a try
  • Loved Firefox on many different levels

However, You took over my speakers on my windows 10 microsoft computer without asking my permission to do so, in a way that the speakers no longer work properly and you have your little firefox extensions.

I use Windows 10 and Windows products, and I did not appreciate this one bit. Google Chrome tried to take over my computer like that so I uninstalled it. Firefox did the same thing.

I am happy to use the WebBrowser if it (1) Does not take over my computer and make changes to things like speakers that I did not give it permission to do (2) Plays well with Microsoft products as that is what I use

So - back to Microsoft Edge and Windows explorer. Would have loved to have used your product but this was an unasked for modification and I found it intrusive. I use this computer for business and it needs to work properly.

Thank you.

Former browser user.

Hello KirkMd,

May I ask : What makes you think that Firefox 'took over your speakers'  ?

If you'd be so kind as to give us some details, we might be able to help solve this problem (fingers crossed .... )

Don't say 'Goodbye' to the best browser just yet .....
