when i try to print an image as a .xps file, the file apears in the directory then dissapears, all other browsers work fine

when im using firefox i want to save (print as xps) the image i click on the print button, choose xps, then choose the location (desktop) but when i look in the location to see the saved file, it isnt there, i created a folder on my desktop (and left if open to view the file as it apears) and tried to save to this location, the file appears for a second or so then disapears again..... can you help

What if you saved it with a different extension what will it do. And where are you getting the image from if public so others can see if they get the same results or not.
