Hi,

I just updated my computer which deleted all my previous bookmarks sessions. I had my old bookmarks on my mobile but now it's synched with my computer and I have the new version from the computer which is basically empty. How can I recover the old bookmarks that were originally synched from the computer back on my phone so that I can put those on the computer as well?

Thank you so much for your help!

Hi, you will need to try and recover them on your computer, then sync to your mobile - I don't think you can recover lost bookmarks directly on your phone.

So on your computer, first try restarting Firefox - 3-bar menu > Exit.

If that doesn't help, and in case a Refresh has occurred, please look on your Desktop for a file named Old Firefox Data - Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

If the file isn't there, you can try this: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.

If not, please see -
