Need to unsubscribe an email address from Mozilla Firefox newsletters.

Unsubscribe fails.

Emails are from exacttarget.com

They are KNOWN SPAMMERS who refuse to honor unsubscribe requests.

I am the mail administrator.

I would really hate to have to add another block in my list.

Hi

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but is something that you would need to address with that site seperately. I can recomend not unsubcribing to spam as (unlike legitimate promotional email) it can often prompt more junk mail to be sent to you.

The spam started with using the firefox option to synchronize your browsing across multiple devices by creating a firefox account.

That makes this a firefox issue.

I am not making fun of you or denigrating you in anyway, but the Do Not Call registry is less useful than mammary glands on a warthog.

My phone is on that list and I get 10 to 20 cranks a week.
