My browser crashed and after that the developer tools panel is only 1 pixel wide located at the right of my screen. I can't drag to make it wider since this only triggers the window resize.

If I try to use shortcuts or menu to "Toggle Tools" the one pixel wide line is shown/hidden.

Can you try this:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste devtools.toolbox.sidebar.width and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Use the button toward the right end of the row with the left-pointing arrow to reset the devtools.toolbox.sidebar.width preference to its default value.

Alternately, double-click the devtools.toolbox.sidebar.width preference and Firefox should display an editable field where you can modify the value as desired. Replace the current value with 600. To save the change, press Enter or click the blue check mark button.

Try to rename/remove xulstore.json in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
