Lately: these issues have popped up. I have all the FF updates. 1. I keep getting Crash Reports (never had thee before) 2. My passwords are not saved and I have to continually re-enter, esp. on Twitter and IG 3. When I close my computer to Sleep, Windows keeps asking me to Update and Restart.

When I do, it goes through the process and then says Windows could not Update and
is undoing the changes. Is it a conflict with FF?
I have the Avast Secure Browser and their Support said I can uninstall it and it would
not take away anything on my FF browser. True?

Thanks for any and all your help.

I keep getting Crash Reports (never had thee before)

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please, Do not post a screenshot ! !

Thanks so such! I never would have known that or how to do it. Does that mean I won't be getting any more Crash Reports?

Can you help with the other 2 issues I posted? 2. My passwords are not saved and I have to continually re-enter, esp. on Twitter and IG 3. When I close my computer to Sleep, Windows keeps asking me to Update and Restart.

Much appreciated.
