How are you trying to download it? Without much info, it looks like you are trying to download the file using your browser and it has not completed. The message that the source file cannot be read can be a couple different things also. It can be that the file is still being downloaded or there is an error on your drive are the two that pop into my head right off. First thing I would do is reboot and try again. Next, you can also clean out your Internet cache and TMP files and see if that helps also. But, I really need a little more info on how you are downloading and when you get the error specifically.
