Hello,

I have a security suggestion for Firefox for Android.

Android API allows apps to be aware that a new fingerprint was enrolled in the device, preventing potentially unauthorized access to apps (in case of a leaked PIN or device theft). https://developer.android.com/reference/android/security/keystore/KeyPermanentlyInvalidatedException

For me, it will be a great security improvement if Firefox could be able to detect new fingerprints enrollment in my device and prevent access to my passwords, maybe asking for my Firefox account password one more time.

Thanks!

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
