Hi there,

You may try the steps below to enable the cookies in your browser: 1. Open the Firefox app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, then tap the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the lower-right corner of the screen. 2. Tap Settings. 3. Tap Data Management. 4. On the Data Management screen, if the switch next to Cookies is blue, this means cookies are enabled in your Mozilla Firefox app.

Hope this helps.
