Fire Fox blocks access to Domain Names that Google has determined are "Attack Pages", can it also be set up to block access to URLs that do not contain a Domain Name? For example:

   http://46.4.154.135/ph

If a site has not registered a Domain Name, it is safe to assume that the site is very likely up to no good. (This particular site's page never completes and hangs FF, but it has activated Window Media Player with an object with "Enhanced Content", and will down load and active a corrupted .EXE, even though "NO" is selected on the confirmation window.)

Is there anyone here? I would appreciate it if there was a response, even a "Doh No". Are is this one of those back-doors that need to be left open?
